Why do we need this programme?
Everything in the human body is connected to everything else. Sleep is also mental resilience; gut health is also stress management and reducing cardiovascular risk is also weight loss.

About Dr Deschu
Dr Deschu is a medical Doctor with a background in General Practice, General Medicine and Health & Wellbeing. She has an impressive track record not just in Clinical Medicine, but also in Corporate Wellbeing.
Following a personal journey through Long Covid. Deschu realised the brain and body function as one unit in relation to the part they play in preserving emotional, mental and physical wellness.
Embracing a structured series of practices and habits, behaviours, thoughts and beliefs. She understood how we choose to create our reality is key to health and wellness.
